Order Process
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
When your order has been dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via email so you can follow its journey.
Pre-Orders:
For items available on pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be clearly stated on the product page.
Need to amend your order?
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed. Email us as soon as possible at landcocustomer@gmail.com.
Please note: Once the item is in stock, our warehouse works quickly to pick, pack, and ship. It may not be possible to cancel or change your order after dispatch.

Republic of Ireland: €5.95 (Allow 2–6 working days)

Northern Ireland: €5.95 (Allow up to 6 working days)

UK: £6.50 (Allow up to 7 working days)

New Zealand & Australia: €30.00
Important for UK Orders: Due to Brexit, customs charges may apply to orders over €150.
Gift Cards
We currently offer digital gift cards only, delivered directly by email.
Exchanges & Returns
We can only accept returns on sealed, unopened, and unused items.
We cannot refund or replace any product that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal.

Sunglasses Returns
If you wish to return sunglasses, they must be:

In their original gift box and packaging

Completely unused, unworn, and scratch-free

With all tags and contents intact
Returns must be made within 28 days of receiving your order.
Processing Time:
Please allow 5–7 working days for your return to be reviewed and approved.
Refunds

Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process.

Funds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Once processed, it can take up to 7 working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Please note: No claims will be processed or credit provided until the returned items are received and approved for resale.
